・If you wish to visit the planetarium and require the use of a wheelchair, please call the General Affairs Division of the Science Museum between 9:00 and 17:30 on open days.

・Please provide us with the desired viewing date, screening time, the number of wheelchair users, and the number of accompanying individuals when making your reservation. We will confirm availability and proceed with the reservation.

・Please note that we may have to refuse reservations if there are no available seats, so please understand in advance.

・If you have accompanying individuals, you can reserve for up to two people at a time. If there are three or more accompanying individuals, we apologize for any inconvenience, but please purchase additional tickets separately through online ticket sales or other channels.

・If you have a disability certificate, we may be able to waive the admission fee for you. Please inform us of this over the phone.

・On the day of your visit, please inform the staff at the Science Museum's reception desk of your reservation for wheelchair seating at the planetarium, along with your name. Once you have paid the admission fee, you may enter.
