May 24, 2026 Regarding errors that appear during the purchase process
There may be cases where an error appears on the screen after you receive the notification email for ticket purchase. 

If an error such as “Invalid screen transition or operation detected” or “This is not a valid credit card” appears during the purchase process, please follow the steps below to try again. 

 1. When opening the “Link for buying tickets” included in the “Link for buying tickets” email sent from the online viewing ticket sales site, press and hold the URL (long tap / touch and hold). 
 
2. From the pop-up menu, select “Open in browser” or “Open link.”

3. On the “Enter buyer Information” screen, fill in the required fields and tap “Next” at the bottom of the screen to proceed.
